Refund request rules

1. The minimum trial period for the product is 30 days.

2. You must begin the return process within 60 days of your purchase date.

3. Only sealed bottles are eligible for a refund.

4. The refund does not include shipping or any customs fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Once the returned items are received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
